We at Myrabella Handbags want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 10 days of the confirmed receipt date for a full refund. Once we receive your returned order we will credit your account in the original form of payment minus the shipping and handling costs.  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Myrabella offers no exchanges on the Merchandise sold. However, you can be refunded for your purchase and then you are free to make another purchase instead.
Before returning an item, please make sure you have fulfilled all of the following requirements:
Your return:

• return items must be shipped back to Myrabella within ten (10) days from the date the package has been delivered to you.
  Note: all our packages will be sent with tracking numbers so we will know they arrived safely to you.
• must be unused, unwashed, not damaged.
• must be sent in its original packaging, do not combine different orders into one packaging.
• must be sent with original receipt.
• return package should be sent with a tracking number so we will be able to trace the parcel. Email to us the tracking number and reason of return as well.

If all of the above required conditions are met, we will refund your order value.
